How long does shipping take?
Shipping varies based on the shipping speed you select. We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed, however we cannot guarantee this speed. Once we ship an order, the speed is then dependent upon the shipping option you have chosen.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you live near our office, you may pick up your order. For pick up, choose this option at check out. If you do not see this option, please contact us for assistance.
I received a discount code with my order, what are the details?
With your order, you'll receive a discount code for you, and another code to share with friends. On the slip with the discount code, an expiration date will be listed. Keep in mind, this code may not be able to be used with other discount codes. Discounts may not apply to shipping or tax. Other restrictions may apply.
Are your straws and silicone tips dishwasher safe?
Our straws and silicone tips may be dishwasher safe; however, we recommend hand washing of our products. Dishwashers may not be able to fully clean the insides of straws and silicon tips, and dishwashing soaps and detergents may cause discoloration or other damage. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs once your product has arrived, including as a result of washing—whether by hand or dishwasher.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, our mailers are recyclable. We also pack the order with tissue paper and may include other inserts that are also recyclable—just the way it should be if you ask us!
My product arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?
If your order arrived with a damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within five days of your order arriving. Please include a description of the damage and photos. Based on your description and photos, we may replace the items or refund the cost of the affected items or order. We reserve the right to not replace or refund any damaged items.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. Keep in mind that orders that are shipped outside of the United States may be subject to duties and taxes by your country. We do not cover any fees imposed by your country.
Can I be charged duties and taxes on my international order?
Yes, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Duties, taxes, or other customs fees may be charged when your order arrives. These are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Therefore, these charges are your responsibility and we will not cover these fees. For orders that are returned to us for this reason, we may not refund your order.
What organizations do you donate to?
For each order that is placed, we donate 2% (two percent) of that order to an organization that helps protect the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. We may choose to support other organizations as well in the future. Stay tuned, as we will announce these organizations as we are able to!
